Refund Policy – Ancient Wellness Matcha

We want you to love your matcha experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following items:

  • Unopened and unused matcha powder (must be in original, sealed packaging)

  • Unused accessories (must be in original condition and packaging)

Opened matcha powder is not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@ancientwellnessmatcha.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
